NOSE: An immediate burst of red fruits and violets, followed by hints of spices and tobacco
TASTE: Refreshing, mineral, and supple, with a well-balanced structure and a relatively persistent finish

Food pairings: red meat, medium-aged cheese, but ideal to be paired with seafood too
