Vermentino is a thin skinned white wine grape. It thrives in warmer climate regions, due to its tendency to ripen quite late in the growing season. The most striking and natural characteristics of the Vermentino wine grape are shown when it’s un-oaked, giving off delightful mineral notes and fruit flavors.
Castiadas Vermentino shows citrus, tropical fruit, dried herbs, almonds, light florals, salinity, and minerality. It has a medium body and nice acidity.
